A spectacular rocky island Chýtra, the biggest village of the island Potamós, and the home of the Saint Mark’s Lion symbolof the “Serenissima” the Mylopótamos are other amazing destinations yachtsmen like to visit while on their cruise around Kythera.

Voidokilia beach

Voidokilia is a popular beach in Messinia in the Mediterranean area. It is a one of a kind beach, with the shape of the Greek letter omega (Ω), and a sand that forms a semicircular strip of dunes. Voidokilia beach is a part of a Natura 2000 protected area, because the land facing side of the strip of dunes is Gialova Lagoon, an important bird habitat. One of the main reasons why this beach is a great yachting destination, is because it is untouched by a human hand, and from that it got its nickname "A Place of Particular Natural Beauty". Situated 12 km from the city of Pylos, north of the Navarino bay, Voidokilia, hidden behind sand dunes, is known as one of the most captivating spots in Greece, and a great place for visiting with a yacht.
